PRIVACY: We are committed to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our comms and to personalise your experience with us; that’s all.

BOOKINGS: You are invited to register online www.weinclusive/registration.com.au. For all those concerned, please call 0403 451 836  as soon as possible if circumstances require a cancellation or change in the event attendance. Cancellation and change fees will be applied at the time of the cancellation or change. To ensure we continue to provide you with the best training solutions we will work with you to find the date that best fits your schedule.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY: All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars unless specified by a prior agreement. Two payment arrangements are offered:
Either you pay 100 % when you confirm the registration, before the start of the program 
Or you choose to pay monthly. Please note the price is higher if you choose this option.

REFUND POLICY: Full attendance in each training session is required. If participant cancels its reservation within fourteen (14) days before the start of the program, a fee of $150 will be applied against the course value. If the reservation is canceled within seven (7) days of the start of the program start date, a fee of $300 will be applied against the course value. If the reservation is canceled  during the program, no refund will occur. 

RETREAT: Other expenses – accommodations will be billed to the client at actual cost 21 days before the retreat. Travel, meals and/or additional reasonable expenses will be billed to the client at actual cost after the retreat.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Clients participate in courses during which they will receive information, advice and instruction about their personal and professional development. In consideration of participating in the development courses, clients agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which they might incur as a result of participating in the program. We will not be liable for any loss or damage you or anyone else suffers where we act on instructions in good faith, unless we have been negligent.
In further consideration of participating to the program, clients knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim they may have against WeInclusive for injuries or damages that they may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held by WeInclusive.
