Our cross-cultural leadership programs
As soon as you've picked your preferred option,
1. You begin this brilliant experience with a self-assessment (a list of 20 questions to decode where your leadership style sits on the map based on your cultural background) 2. In parallel, I'll send you a brief cultural exploratory questionnaire. The idea here is: - to understand your cultural background, - how multicultural your team and your stakeholders are, - what your current cross-cultural challenges are to tailor the program to your unique needs. 3. We then have a first workshop to get to know each other's culture, understand how the cultural framework is built, discuss your challenges and analyse your results. |
If you choose option 2 (accelerate) or 3 (embed) -which I strongly recommend ,
4. After the first workshop, you make sense of what you've learned by observing and noticing where the culture map could be a valuable tool to help you decode any work situation with a cross-cultural lens. During this time, I invite you to reflect on your leadership style and how you would approach things differently now that you have a new resource.
5. We have a second workshop where we explore other leadership scales and strategies. We finish with discussing takeaways, the areas you'd like to develop further and what you can do to help you, your team, your stakeholders decode how people from other cultures lead, think and behave.
6. I gather your feedback, and we arrange a 30-min debrief to discuss any questions and ideas you may have and reflect on what you've learned, and hopefully practised.
