In a nutshell

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is “paying attention to the present moment without judgement, and is characterised by interest, friendliness and clear seeing”
Themes:
  • The benefits of relaxation to reduce stress levels

  • How to use the breath to settle the anxious mind

  • Check in with yourself and recharge with a mindful pause

Benefits of pilates / exercise in the workplace
  • Reduce the risk of injury and improves physical health
  • Improves mental health​
  • ​Encourages team building

Research indicates that doing exercises for a few minutes regularly through the day is more effective at reducing pain and discomfort than just taking a break.



Spirit 
  • Team bonding activity in small or large groups to maintain cohesion while working from home. 
  • Guided conversation in small groups and self-reflection. ​
