As a former Management Consultant (Booz & Co, New York), Sandra has worked on a variety of strategy, operations and organisational projects. Since moving to Australia, she has developed a strong Executive coaching practice focused on increasing leaders' self-awareness, emotional intelligence and perspective taking capacity.
Sandra is a great connector, which allows her to rapidly create safe spaces for individuals and teams to explore openly and constructively their challenges.
