  • Many employees enjoy the benefits of working from home. However, the vast majority of employees find it challenging to delineate work and personal time. Some staff may feel guilty at turning off.
  • While evolving in a home & office hybrid environment for several months already, employees may remain in this new working environment for a long time creating new ergonomics, mental and physical health risks and issues. 
  • Either on-going planning around kids and other caring responsibilities has increased, or feeling of loneliness has emerged.

Format
Groups of up to 20 participants
Online workshops on zoom



Sessions
  • Weekly workshops in personal development, mindfulness and physiotherapy.
  • Each session goes for 30 to 60-minutes.
  • Weekly team activity to practice the techniques learnt.

Resources
Access to online tools and resources (videos, recordings, snapshot...) to practise between sessions.
