WeInclusive is a leadership and transformation partner helping organisations create the conditions for people and businesses to thrive. Founded in 2018, we have evolved beyond inclusion to focus on human-centred transformation, aligning leadership teams, strengthening trust, and building the capability to navigate complexity. We work with boards, executives, and teams across essential service providers and highly regulated industries, including energy, transport, infrastructure, health, higher education, and government. Our interventions unlock performance, resilience, and renewal. Founder & Director At the heart of WeInclusive is Emilie Perrot, a leadership strategist and trusted culture shaper with nearly 20 years of global leadership experience. Emilie has led large-scale transformation programs across Europe and Australia, developed executive programs at Melbourne University and the Australian School of Applied Management, and coached senior leaders across sectors. Currently training as a Gestalt psychotherapist, Emilie brings a unique integration of systemic insight, human-centred design, and cutting-edge leadership methodologies to foster flourishing leadership and lasting transformation. |
