Since 2018, we have trained over 600 leaders and employees across the corporate, not-for-profit, government and university sectors. Our clients range in size from large multi-national organisations to innovative not-for-profits.
All are linked by their commitment to their employees.
Our interventions have led to increased retention, improved engagement, reduced attrition and more inclusive workplaces.
Our clients are empowered to pursue bold organisational goals, adapt to uncertainty and complexity.
The benefits of our approach last well beyond the program, providing a pathway for ongoing growth and development for our clients and their teams.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Emilie Perrot worked with our Executive team for just over 12 months. The brief was to improve our functionality as a team, build trust and get to know each other at a deeper level. Over various sessions, both virtual and face-to-face, we were able to achieve some fantastic results. Emilie’s professional expertise, guidance, facilitation and wisdom were instrumental in assisting us to gain the outcomes we needed to see. As a part of the program, we also engaged Emilie for individual coaching sessions. I have had many coaches over the span of my career and I can confidently say that due to Emilie’s warmth, understanding and wealth of knowledge, I learnt more about myself in these sessions than over decades of learning.  I would highly recommend Emilie for any organisations who have goals to improve their performance, culture or leadership capability. Due to Emilie’s engaging style, she is able to adapt and work at all levels, so if you need assistance at an executive level or at a team level, Emilie will be able to work with you to design the most suitable program to meet your objectives.

  • Louise McDougall, Head of People & organisation, Siemens Mobility
“We engaged WeInclusive for a discreet project to conduct an end-to-end review of our organisation’s recruitment processes and procedures, to build collateral and capability within our hiring managers and in help shape the way the organisation engaged and nurtured diverse talent.
Emilie was fantastic in engaging key stakeholders across our business to get to the core of uncovering existing barriers experienced, building a strong case for change to present to our executive team, and laying the foundations with practical steps to become an employer of choice.
From initial brief to completion of the project, WeInclusive were professional and transparent. We couldn’t have asked for more!”
