Melbourne, April 2025

In partnership with the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Ashurst, and the City of Melbourne, I authored this white paper following the April 2025 governance forum Empowering Women for Boardroom Success - Pathways to Inclusive Governance and Lasting Impact.

While it begins with gender diversity, the insights go further exploring how boards can deepen trust and dialogue with executives, strengthen culture, and embrace a purpose-driven approach to governance. It invites leaders to see governance not only as risk management, but as co-stewardship of organisational purpose, strategy, and culture in a complex, interconnected world.

Putting people at the very heart of your mobility strategy to drive inclusive growth

Picture
Melbourne, June 2019
The Smart Mobility Show is a festival dedicated to the future of urban transport in Australia.
The emergence of new technology, in particular mobility, autonomous vehicles and smart transport is changing the way people move across the transport network. Ride sharing and other innovations offer the potential for the network to be used more efficiently. This trend is led by new thinking around services provided by trains, buses and other transport modes. A fundamental rethink of urban mobility is required to enable a truly connected, futuristic and on-time commute.

The Smart Mobility Show brings together the brightest minds that are building mobility infrastructure, smart transport and connected networks. The show features forward thinking experts that are re-thinking transport planning, infrastructure ownership and the delivery of fully connected services.
